Returns & Refunds

1. Before delivery is confirmed

Your payment is held by Payment Assurance until you confirm delivery (or the delivery OTP is verified). If you reject the order at the doorstep, it never settles — you are refunded in full, automatically.

2. After delivery confirmation

Changed your mind or something's wrong? Raise a return from your order page within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Partial returns are refunded proportionally and adjusted across all parties.

Items must be in the condition delivered. Digital products, tickets and perishable goods are non-returnable once delivered or accessed.

3. Refund timing

Approved refunds return to your original payment method. Paystack refunds typically land in 1–5 business days depending on your bank; wallet refunds are instant.

4. Disputes

If you and the seller disagree, our team adjudicates against the escrow ledger and delivery record (OTP/GPS) within 5 business days. Payment Assurance means your money is never stranded with a seller who hasn't delivered.
